Create a professional event lanyard with vibrant full-color graphics and the added benefit of a safety breakaway. These 5/8" custom dye sublimated lanyards feature a wider polyester strap that provides excellent space for logos, text, detailed artwork and colorful patterns.

Your custom design is dye sublimated on both sides of the lanyard for maximum visibility. Unlike a traditional single-ended lanyard, the two-ended configuration provides an attachment at each end to help compatible badge holders stay facing forward and reduce unwanted twisting.

A safety breakaway release is positioned at the back of the neck and is designed to separate when sufficient force is applied. This combination makes the lanyard an excellent option for conventions, trade shows, conferences, schools, employee identification, visitor programs and other events where safety and full-color branding are important.

Full Color Dye Sublimation:

1. Full-color logos, text, graphics and custom patterns can be reproduced using dye sublimation.
2. Your custom design is printed on both sides of the lanyard at no additional second-side imprint charge.
3. Dye sublimation is an excellent choice for detailed logos, gradients, photographs and artwork containing multiple colors.
4. The 5/8" strap provides additional printable area for displaying custom artwork and branding.
5. A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins.

Artwork - Free

1. Simple text-only artwork can be prepared by our art department at no additional charge.
2. Graphics or complex text artwork can be reviewed and prepared for production at no additional charge.
3. Vector artwork such as Adobe Illustrator .AI or .EPS is preferred. High-resolution .JPG and .PSD files may also be accepted.
4. For raster artwork, please provide a minimum resolution of 300 DPI whenever possible for the best reproduction quality.

2. Approximate factory lead time: 14 business days.
