Our 3/8" safety breakaway custom double-ended lanyards combine vibrant full-color dye sublimation with an added breakaway safety feature. Your custom logos, graphics, text or patterns are dye sublimated on both sides of the polyester lanyard for a colorful, professional appearance.

The double-ended design provides an attachment at each end of the lanyard, helping compatible badge holders remain facing forward while reducing unwanted twisting and flipping. A safety breakaway release is positioned at the back of the neck and is designed to separate when sufficient force is applied.

These custom safety lanyards are an excellent choice for conferences, trade shows, conventions, schools, employee identification, visitor badges and events where both full-color branding and a breakaway feature are desired.

4. Step-and-repeat custom imprint on both sides of the lanyard.
5. Full-color dye sublimated custom imprint.

8. Quantity price breaks are based on each unique imprint, lanyard color, hardware attachment and configuration.

Full Color Dye Sublimation:

1. Full-color logos, graphics, text and patterns can be reproduced using dye sublimation.
2. Custom artwork is printed on both sides of the lanyard.
3. Dye sublimation is ideal for detailed artwork, gradients and designs requiring multiple colors.
4. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production.

Artwork - Free

1. Simple text-only artwork can be prepared by our art department at no additional charge.
2. Graphics or complex text artwork can be reviewed and prepared for production at no additional charge.
3. Vector artwork such as Adobe Illustrator .AI or .EPS is preferred. High-resolution .JPG and .PSD files may also be accepted.
4. For raster artwork, please provide a minimum resolution of 300 DPI whenever possible for the best reproduction quality.

1. No cancellations, exchanges, returns or amendments once a custom order has been placed.
2. Approximate factory lead time: 14 business days.
3. Additional production time may be required for quantities of 5,000 pieces or more.

5. We will use our best workmanship to reproduce requested colors and approved artwork as closely as possible.
